Description

Flag is a counterbalance where the base is standing in a chair position. The flyer has one foot hooked behind the neck and one foot is standing sideways on the thigh/knee of the base. Both base and flyer have a staight back and lean away from each other

Base 

  • Stand stable with a straight back.

Flyer 

  • Keep most of your weight on the legs of the base.
  • Hook your inside foot behind the neck of the base to come to the counterbalance.
  • Open your body to the side.

Spotter 

  • Stand at the back of the flyer.
  • Reach for the flyers head and shoulders.
