Base Position: | Base lying on the back |
Flyer Position: | Flyer on hands |
Contact Point: | Flyer in/on arms of base |
Handstand on elbows is a good pre-exercise for Hand2Hand on L-Base. The elbow of the base is a lot more stable than the hands/wrists and that makes it easier to hold the handstand for the flyer.
Hold you hands slightly higher than the elbows to make a nice handstand platform for your flyer. Keep arms parallel to each other. Balance your flyer forth and back.
Stay in handstand position and hold your hollow body line.
Stand at the side of the flyer and spot the hips.
