Description
Base
- Lean back with straight arms (this allows the flyer to lean forward and come into the counterbalance).
Flyer
- Place your feet parallel to the thighs of the base.
- Keep a straight body (hips can come slightly forward).
Spotter
- Stay close to the hips of the flyer.
