                  Description
                                      Base 
- Lie on your belly. 
-  Balance the flyer on your feet. 
Flyer 
- Keep your body straight or slightly hollow. 
-  Stay tight (engage the core and your legs). 
-  Place your hands on the shins of the base, fingers point down. 
-  Push your hands down on the shins of the base to keep the balance.
Spotter 
- Stand at the back of the flyer. 
-  Spot the hips.
