Description
Base
- Hold your legs in a 90° angle to your upper body (ankles are exactly above your hips).
- Relax your feet.
- Keep your arms up straight to support the flyer.
- Sink your shoulders into the floor.
Flyer
- Keep a straight and tight body (engage your core).
- Hold the hands of the base and keep some weight in the hands.
- Relax your shoulders.
Spotter
- Stand at the back of the flyer.
- Make sure the flyer doesn’t fall backwards.
