Shoulderstand on Hands (L-Base)

Base Position: Base lying on the back
Flyer Position: Flyer on shoulders
Contact Point: Flyer on hands of base

Description

Base 

  • Place your hands on the shoulders and shoulder blades of the flyer.

  • Keep your arms straight.
  • Let your shoulders sink into the floor.

Flyer 

  • Keep your body straight or slightly hollow.

  • Stay tight (engage the core and your legs).
  • Place your hands on the forearms of the base in the front, fingers point down.
  • Push your hands down on the forearms of the base to keep the balance.

Spotter 

  • Stand at the back of the flyer.

  • Spot the hips.
