Base
- Bend the legs and take the hands from the flyer.
- Begin pushing from you hips into to shoulder so that the upper body of the flyer comes up.
- Keep your feet exactly above your hips.
Flyer
- Keep your arms straight and the base will push you up.
- Tighten up your core. Relax your shoulders.
Spotter
- Spot on the side.
- Spot the upper body.
