Handstand on Hands (L-Base) to L-Sit (L-Base)

Description
Base
- Keep your arms straight above your shoulders.
- Point your hands slightly up (the angle depends on the preference of base and flyer).
- Keep strong wrists.
- Sink your shoulders into the floor.
Flyer
- From the straight handstand come to a tuck position and start to roll further.
- Try to control you position and balance as long as possible and make yourself small
- Go a little bit over the shoulders to make the roll through easier.
- Keep open hands (try not to squeeze).
- Divide the weight equally over the palm of the hand (it helps to think of the weight going to the top of the palm).
Spotter
- Stand on the side.
- Spot the shoulders and the hips of the flyer.
- Push the shoulders of the flyer back if the flyer closes the shoulders too much.
- Keep your hands underneath the armpit of the flyer.
