Description
Base
- Bring your feet to the hips of the flyer with pointed toes.
- Receive the flyers weight slowly with your feet.
Flyer
- Keep your body straight or slightly hollow.
- Stay tight (engage the core and your legs).
Spotter
- Stand at the back of the flyer.
- Spot the hips.
